Low Fat Diet Information Calculator

Low Fat Diet Information Calculator

Step One - Recommended Amount of Total Fat

Total fat: Less than 30% of total calories
- Saturated fats: less than 10% of total calories
- Monounsaturated: less than 15% of total calories
- Polyunsaturated: less than 10% of total

Step Two - How Much Fat Can I Eat?

Determine the amount of daily calories you need to maintain your ideal weight as follows:
• Sedentary or inactive: Your ideal weight in pounds multiplied by 12

• Moderately active: Your ideal weight in pounds multiplied by 14

• Very active: Your ideal weight in pounds multiplied by 16 to 18

Step Three - Determine Results Using Low Fat Diet Information

If your ideal weight is for example, 150 lbs, the amount of daily calories needed to attain that weight is 1,800 [150 lbs. X 12 (sedentary)]

Total Daily Calories From Fat: 540 (1,800 X 30%)

Making sure we eat the right kind of fat and include heart healthy foods in our daily diet is important for good health. But have you ever really found a good fat loss diet that is not only healthy, but does what it is designed to do - help you lose lots of weight. I have tried several diets, each of which claimed it to be a good fat loss diet, only to discover that they did not give me the fast results I was looking for. Most of the "good fat loss diets" I have purchased or subscribed to just did not do the trick.

Finally, I am pleased to say that there is now one diet that does work and provides the best information for losing weight fast and easily. You can personally create your very own diets using the Diet Creation tool. There are over 40,000 different two week diet combinations that you can create.
